The Liverpool International Tennis Tournament is thrilled to announce the return of some of the UK’s most exciting young tennis stars, headlined by last year’s men’s singles champion, Patrick Brady.

Patrick, 20, is set to return to Liverpool from June 19th – 21st to defend the title he claimed in 2024. Currently competing on the ITF Challenger Tour, Patrick has set his sights on climbing the ATP rankings. Patrick, a passionate competitor who started playing at just four years old, named Rafael Nadal his childhood idol. He continues to be mentored by Liverpool’s top coach, Anthony Hardman.
“I can’t wait to come back and defend my title,” said Patrick. “Liverpool Tennis is a fantastic event.”

Joining him this year is his younger brother, 18-year-old Conor Brady. With a career-high ITF Junior ranking of 82 and recent appearances at Wimbledon and the Australian Open juniors, Conor will use the Liverpool International as vital preparation ahead of this year’s Junior Wimbledon.

Also stepping onto Liverpool Cricket Club’s grass courts is the city’s own rising star, Abi Redman. Abi made headlines last November by winning the Lexus ITF U18 Tournament at the Liverpool Tennis Centre. This victory secured her a fully funded tennis scholarship in the United States.
“I’m so excited to come back to the Liverpool International this year,” said Abi. “It’s an event unlike any other I’ve played. The atmosphere is so fun, and I love playing on grass. Growing up locally, my granddad used to umpire at this event, so I used to come and watch, hoping one day I’d play here too.”
With top young talent on show, this year’s Liverpool International Tennis Tournament promises to be a summer highlight. Don’t miss it.
