To assist us in making the 16th year of the Liverpool Hope University Tennis Tournament a safe & enjoyable event for all, we would like to advise everyone attending this years’ event of the enhanced security measures in place.
So as not to cause offence, embarrassment & inconvenience, it is advisable that no large bags, rucksacks, backpacks, shopping trolley baskets, suitcases or boxes of any type be brought to the event. They will be refused at both corporate & public entrances.
However, if you wish to bring snack items/picnic’s, then be advised that there will be a 100% bag search policy by our security team at all entry points. It is recommended that you bring such items in a carrier bag or shopping bag that can be searched quickly to reduce queuing times.
Medical equipment is permitted but will be inspected on entry.
NO ALCOHOL will be permitted into the event.
Please, if you do not need to bring a bag then don’t bring one.
These policies have been put in place for your own assurance & peace of mind, to ensure that we remember this years’ tournament for the right reasons.
