The Liverpool International Tennis Tournament.
From Thursday June 17th to Saturday June 19th.
An Exceptional Event Deserves a Suitable Stage
And there’s nowhere more fitting to celebrate 25 years of the Liverpool International Tennis Tournament than Liverpool Cricket Club.
With its historic Grade II-listed pavilion, immaculate grass court and intimate surroundings, this Aigburth sporting institution has become part of the Liverpool Tennis experience.
Unlike the vast arenas of the professional tour, Liverpool Cricket Club gets you up close to the action. Take your seat around Centre Court, and you’ll be close enough to hear every serve, rally and reaction.
It’s professional tennis without the distance.
We couldn’t imagine being anywhere else for our landmark 25th anniversary tournament.
One of Liverpool’s Most Historic Sporting Venues
Founded in 1807, Liverpool Cricket & Sports Club is the oldest amateur sports club in Merseyside.
Its historic pavilion was built in 1880 and granted Grade II-listed status in 2023, recognising its architectural importance and unique place in the North West’s sporting history.
Tennis has its own history here, too. Wimbledon champion Lottie Dod played at the ground in 1892, while stars including Lew Hoad, Ken Rosewall and Pancho Gonzales appeared in an exhibition during the 1950s.
Today, Liverpool International is adding another chapter to that history.
