We have seen some great talent on show throughout our two weeks and we are confident we may have another Emma Raducanu ( our 2015 winner ) amongst our champions this year. We would like to congratulate everyone and also say a big thank you to our official’s team led by Gill Milne and Tim Pearce in addition to Physio Marcus Croman and last but not least the fantastic Liverpool tennis centre team led by David Hardman.
We also had some fantastic local players performances through being allocated wildcards in particular Amy McMahon who made her first Tennis Europe ranking points making it into the quarterfinals.
We hope we can come back for more international tournaments in Liverpool, we believe they are crucial for the development of the tennis program taking place in the city, in addition, to be a great stimulus on the local economy through restaurant visits, hotels, transport etc.
