Chilian No. 1 Fernando Gonzalez has won the 10th Liverpool International Tennis Tournament. Gonzalez got off to a flying start winning the first set 6-1, but in the second set Gil found his stride and took Gonzalez all the way to a tie-break in the second set, which he finally won 8-6.
“I have had a great week in Liverpool, I think this tournament is amazing, the fact it is in a park is truly unique, I will be returning!”, commented Gonzalez.
