The third edition of the Festival of Tennis starts on Monday noon at Chevasse Park right in the heart of Liverpool One.
Every day from 12:00 to 15:00 we will be given free tennis lessons on a first come first serve basis and encourage everyone to come down and have a hit or even just for a tennis chat .
Every weeknight from the 2nd of June there will also be a corporate tournament taking place from 18:00, featuring double pairings from all sponsors and partners of the Liverpool Hope University International Tennis Tournament. Last year the event was won by Liverpool Hope University beating of Brabners in a very competitive final.
The winning couple will play against a legends doubles pairing on centre court at Liverpool Cricket Club during the Liverpool Hope International.
The activities are organised by the Liverpool Tennis Foundation with the aim to introduce children to tennis in order to increase participation,fight obesity and prevent crime.
