From property management to playing doubles with Ken Skupski, Qube Residential Managing Director, Dave Seed, explains why the company is back as the tournament’s headline sponsor for 2026.
Tell us about Qube Residential.
We are property company specialising in property management, sales and lettings. We work with landlords and developers to maximise the full potential from their properties.
What attracted Qube to the Liverpool International Tennis Tournament and why did you decide to get involved?
We have been involved with the event for 6 or 7 years now, as a presenting sponsor and we headline sponsored the event 2 years ago. It is a fantastic event, that brings businesses and local people together every year.
How does Qube typically engage with the tournament each year?
We enjoy the hospitality and typically take clients and staff to enjoy the event with us. It is great for networking and always make sure we have strong brand presence on show.
What do you think makes Liverpool Tennis special?
It is such a unique event. I don’t know another tennis event like it leading up to Wimbledon that showcases such a high level of competitors.The event has been running for over 20 years now and the city always embraces it completely.
Do you have a favourite memory or standout moment from the tournament?
The year before last, in the middle of a doubles match with Ken Skupski, Anders invited me onto the court as a substitute to play a few points. I absolutely loved it.
What are you most looking forward to at this year’s Liverpool International Tennis Tournament?
Hopefully good weather and great times once again with the best people. Even the odd time when it has rained, we have never failed to have a great experience.
